Matt Dusk is one of Canada’s most recognizable Jazz musicians, having just finished a cross-country tour. His new single “Back In Town” reached number 1 on Japan’s Pop charts. Unlike other musicians, he interacts directly with fans by answering questions on his message board. Dusk has a number of shows scheduled in the US this year.
Whole Wheat Bread is a “dirty south punk rock” band from Florida. They recently toured with Big D and the Kids Table.
We had the chance to interview two members of Big D and The Kids Table. They talk about their musical upbringing, jamming, and touring. As one of the most recognizable names in ska music, Big D and The Kids Table tour every year across the globe. On their latest tour, Big D brought along Brain Failure and Whole Wheat Bread.
Aubrey Graham is a Toronto-based actor, currently starring as Jimmy Brooks on Degrassi: The Next Generation. Aubrey can be seen in the upcoming movie Charlie Bartlett, and is an up-and-coming rapper under the name Drake. Myspace recently ranked him the most popular unsigned Canadian artist.
We spoke with Doane Perry, drummer of Jethro Tull. He’s worked with Bette Middler, Lou Reed, Todd Rundgren, and Pat Benatar, just to name a few. We interviewed Doane while Jethro Tull was on their 07/08 World Tour stop in Toronto. They play in select Canadian and American cities in late-2007/early-2008.

Robert is also the leading voice for actors with disabilities, having to use two prosthetic legs after a near-fatal accident. He continued to act even after people told him he could never do so with a disability, and he ended up where he is now.

Christopher Hitchens is a contrarian and author. He’s the contributing editor at Vanity Fair and Slate, and this past year he released his controversial book God Is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything.
